TEXT “COFIRE” TO 888-777 TO RECEIVE WILDFIRE & PRESCRIBED FIRE TEXT ALERTS
SISTERS, Ore. – Central Oregon Fire Management Service (COFMS) Type 3 Team Incident Commander McCain turned over command of the Juniper Creek Fire to local Type 4 Incident Commander Anderson at 1800 today. Five Oregon Department of Forestry engines and a skidgine remain assigned to the incident. The fire is 90% contained.
This will be the final update unless conditions change.
